Dear Parents & beloved students :
" * If a school adopts to teach all the students the subjects
and follow the same aims, it means that the individuality of the child
is destroyed and the individual becomes a mere tool of the community.
*A society of standardized individuals without personal originality
and personal aims would be a poor community without possibilities
for development.
*A child's inborn aptitude and genuine love for knowledge as the divine
curiosity that every child possess. For this, neither fear nor compulsion
is needed.
*The worst of all evils in a school is an atmosphere where a student
is forced and frightened to study by a teacher's artificial authority.
Such treatment destroys the sound sentiments, the sincerity, and the
self-confidence of the pupil."
Albert Einstein
The above statements made by Albert Einstein is considered as the
basic motive, philosophy of CMJ Foundation from the time of inception
of the CMJ University under the jurisdiction of the Government of
Meghalaya. Yes, I do strongly believe that education must not be killer
in terms of destroying sound sentiments, sincerity and self-confidence
of the pupil, rather, it must act as healer.
While quantifying and qualifying any institutions or organizations
the product of the organization i.e the students are considered as
the ultimate quantifiers and qualifier parameters. While we project
a student to the society as a citizens of the country we sent him
or her , apart from academic distinction, as a carrier of
genuine follower of knowledge with divine curiosity and capability
to identify himself/herself even in the midst of worse social endeavor.
I am happy that our products are positive, capable of shouldering
social responsibility in a creative and productive manner in all odd
situations. We share with our faculty and students that creativity
and creative individuals are the ultimate survivors. Why to run after
searching jobs? Try to create jobs and opportunity !
I, as the vice Chancellor of CMJ University feel proud for being associated
with such institution .
I do honestly believe and submit before the student's community that
" Get changed with the change and put all efforts to cause the
change to lead the globe."
